Good quality aerosol.

Another fab purchase from Paragon Paints. Amazing colour and I used it on a pair of Stilsons (Wrench) for something different. I also painted the wooden handle on a Stanley ‘Yankee’ screwdriver as it is pretty much an identical colour.

Advantages: Paints come well packaged & dispatched fast. Paint generally across the board is going up in price but I think the price of the 500ml Paragon paints is well priced & very reasonable given it’s the best enamel paint money can buy.

Disadvantages: It’s a little bit frustrating that you have to use a specific thinner for their paints as normal white spirit won’t work to thin the paint but hey Ho!

This is the best machine paint I have used (including 2K paints). Provides a tough resilient non marking sealed finish.

Advantages: * Good colour match to original.
* Brush, roll or spray still a good finish
* Doesn't seem to react as readily as some paints.
* Keeps its shine.

Disadvantages: Postage only

I have bought quite a few different colours for motorcycles and have had no problems at all.

The Paint is as described, genuine Landrover colour. Have sprayed all 5 wheels and the finish is absolutely spot on.


Advantages: Brings the wheels back to life.

Awesome paint very easy to apply and dries very quickly. A perfect colour match.

Advantages: Fast drying goes a long way and looks great just as good as the original.

Disadvantages: Nothing with the product or the service,my only gripe is that the postage is a bit pricey. But having said that I will have no hesitation in buying the paint again and would 100 percent recommend this paint and supplier.

Brilliant paint easy to work with, dries quickly and leaves a great finish even though the original casting surface was poor (2 coats primmer, 2 undercoat, 2 top). Used for a Centec 2b milling machine. Thanks to Mr Crispin you tube for the recommendation!

A Superb quality Lacquer

Advantages: Easy to apply and drys to a tough, smooth, high gloss finish. Looks as good as stove enamel at a fraction of the price. Easy to touch up sratches and dings if needed. Used it on my vintage motorcycle and really pleased with the result. Supplied at a great price from Paragon Paint's easy to use website

Only tried the tin at the moment, not the aerosol.
In terms of application & drying time etc. this is like going back to the original "Hammerite" of 30 years ago. Completely knocks spots of that brand as it is now.

To soon to say what it's like in terms of rust protection.

Advantages: Good hammered effect. Quick drying, easy to apply. Not gloopy and slow drying like Hammerite is now. This will now be my first stop for hammered finish.

Disadvantages: Not really a disadvantage, but this "Mid-blue" is actually quite flourescent looking, and lighter than it appeared on my monitor.

This is the second enamel paint I've used from Paragon and the first time brushing it on. Colour is spot on, good pricing and quick delivery.

Advantages: Goes on nice, brush marks disappear leaving a smooth uniformed finish. Can't comment on durability.

Disadvantages: Ordered 500ml for a No6 vice and I've used maybe 150ml...

Used it as soon as it arrived. Went on to mid-green undercoat. Two top coats have given it a great finish

Advantages: Finished item lasts even with rough usage. Good petrol resistance.

Second time using Paragon paints. Half way through a job and the other paint suppliers colour is no longer available!! Spoke to paragon and went for their mid blue hammer finish? Bloody perfect and so finished my job off a treat! Excellent paint to spray and brush on. First class service many thanks and much recommended.

I am restoring a Record Vice and this colour looks a great match.
May be a spray can would have suited my needs better rather than brush on paint

I have been impressed with the paint. Most of the inside of my car from inside the boot to the engine bay has been painted in it. Good stuff.

brilliant product exactly as advertised

Paragon paints are wonderful. I was happy to find them. The quickness of service is super.

The colour was like the representation on the website, far more vivid and a good match for Axminster Tools turquoise blue.
Not suitable for what I wanted which is more of a dull blue.
