The paint was (I feel) required to give the engine a well deserved `a bit of a lift` as for years `she` has remained, dirty, drab and neglected. So, the only parts to be so treated are `her` cross-head castings, Eccentric straps and the cross cylinder oil reservoir set at the rear of this engine. The engine being a twin cylinder (dual) vertical steam engine of unknown lineage, however the vertical mainframe casting states this was a Ruston - Procter product, possibly of pre 1918 origin.
