I have had my Fobco drill bought new well over 30 years ago. With not very much to do at the moment I decided to give it a total refurbishment. It was stripped down and resprayed using a Paragon Fobco cream spray can. The results are excellent. I go in the workshop now and think some-one has taken the old drill away and left me a new one. Thank's to Paragon.

Disadvantages: Nil!

Lovely paint to apply, but starts drying quite quickly, so don’t overwork it! Once dry, the finish is hard and durable, but can be prone to chipping, if you drop anything heavy onto the paint surface. All in all, a hard wearing and glossy paint.

Advantages: Smooth, glossy finish, which is hard wearing and durable.

Disadvantages: Can be prone to chipping, as it is so hard when dry.

Superb paint, the best I’ve ever used, hand painted and it looked like a pro spray job.

Advantages: Colour match is perfect, again, best I’ve ever used

Disadvantages: None whatsoever, this product is outstanding.

This paint has totally transformed an old Fobco bench drill I recently bought at auction. The colour is spot on and produces a brilliant finish straight from the brush. I recommend the use of a good quality coach paint brush. I used a Purdue 1”

Advantages: Dries to a smooth gloss finish.

Disadvantages: You need to wash the brush in the right type of brush cleaner

Good coverage for brushing not tried spraying on yet
