Paragon Tinted High Build Undercoat provides a perfect base prior to applying the enamel gloss. It's 'filling' properties are excellent and it dries quickly.

Advantages: Excellent filling properties, when rubbed down it provides a perfect surface for applying the gloss.

Disadvantages: Requires skill to apply evenly. (Not a disadvantage but from experience, a factor)

Quick and easy to apply, seals outer coat rapidly so for out door use it is very good. I will need to wait till after winter to fully test but initial inspections look good

Advantages: Seals within 20 minutes, can rub down and then top coat

Disadvantages: None
